GP Health Partners Ltd. is a federation of 20 practices across the Cobham, Oxshott, Leatherhead, Ashtead and Epsom area. We are a founder shareholder and we all work together to deliver healthcare services for all our patients which would be beyond the scope of individual practices.

GP Health Partners are able to offer additional flexible GP appointments for you and your family at several convenient and local locations.

Connected

You will be seen by an experienced GP, from a local practice. The doctor will have access to your GP record and will update your GP here with the outcome of your consultation.

Convenient

You can pre-book evening and weekend GP appointments via our practice receptionist. Weekday evening appointments run from 18:30 to 21:30, on Saturday 09:00 to 14:00, and Sunday mornings 09:00 to 13:00.

Adding, Not Replacing

GP Health Partners work this us, and believe that your long term relationship with us is important. If a referral needs to be considered they will let us know.

We also offer GP appointment by video with ‘LIVI’.  Available Mon-Fri 07:00 to 22:00 and Saturday – Sunday 08:00 – 16:00.

Patients can now see a NHS GP by video using LIVI. Get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals on the same day including weekends. The service is provided free on the NHS. Complex and long term problems are unlikely to be resolved in a 10 minute consultation with a new doctor, and are best followed up with your usual GP here at the practice.
