Requests for the doctor to visit you in your home should be made before 11:00 if possible. Please give your name, address, telephone number and brief details of the problem. If the visit is urgent please specify this.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
