Claire is the practice manager and assists with the smooth running of the practice.

Reception Manager

Michelle Gibbs (f)

Michelle is the administration and reception supervisor and assist Claire with the day to day running of the surgery. Our administrative staff assist the receptionists and perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, document scanning and filing, dealing with patient records, new patient registrations and deductions.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

The secretaries manages the correspondence for the clinicians as well as playing an important role in liaising with hospitals and other healthcare institutions. They are a useful contact if you have queries about the administrative aspects of referrals.
